Students will learn to reason with various mathematical theories such as Square, cubic and triangular numbers, Gauss theory, the Fibonacci and Pascal sequences, Divisibility Rules, Pythagoras Theory, Areas, Perimeters and Angles of regular polygons and composite 2-D and 3-D shapes. Students will learn various problem solving strategies among them: systematic listing, model approach, restate and replace method.
Homework is required.
