ICA Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation refunds work:

If you cancel...

• More than 7 days before the program start date: Full refund
  
  

• 7 to 4 days before the program start date: 75% refund
  
  

• 3 to 2 days before the program start date: 50% refund
  
  

• 1 day before to after the program start date: No refund

ICA Referral Policy

We appreciate your support in spreading the word about ICA! Here's how our referral discounts work:

• First Referral: When a new family signs up for ICA because of your recommendation, you receive a 15% discount on any ICA program, class, or week of camp!
  
  

• Additional Referrals: For each additional child who registers because of your referral, you receive an extra 5% discount toward any program, class, or camp week!
  
  

Note: Discounts are only applied once the referred child is officially registered.
